Ricky Lightfoot

Ricky is not only a full time Firefighter and dad, but is also a successful Trail Runner. He has achieved many GB and England vests for mountain running and became the World Trail Running Champion in 2013. Ricky has found that NuroKor helps his legs recover especially after a hard training session running in the hills of Cumbria.

Jacqui has raced in the British Triathlon Super Series, French Grand Prix, ITU European & World Cups. She currently races on the Xterra World Tour circuit, ITU Cross Triathlons and In2Adventure off road triathlons as well a few non-drafting races each year. More recently she has stepped up a distance and competed in Ironman 70.3 races finishing 3rd and 4th. Jacqui finds her NuroKor device to be a great tool, being easy to travel with and providing a good stimulus for tired muscles and sore spots so she can perform at her very best every day.

Rachel Rutherford

Long distance triathlete, kona ironman World Championships 2019 finisher & winner of ironman Lanzarote 2019

After joining the university cycling club 6 years ago Rachel progressed into training for triathlons. She has already taken part in her ‘bucket list’ races including the Kona Ironman World Championships in 2019. She loves being outdoors and learning new things especially when she can apply them to progressing her career. Rachel uses NuroKor as a recovery tool to ease her muscles which she says get a lot of abuse from her punishing training schedule.

Pam Thorburn

Alpine & ski cross GB champion, member of the GB world cup team (alpine and freestyle skiing)

Pam is on the British World Cup team for both Alpine and Freestyle Skiing (Ski Cross) and has been British Champion in both disciplines. She has been using NuroKor technology to help aid her shoulder rehabilitation as well as more generally in her daily recovery after big training sessions.

Jake Richardson

Jake is an ex-Alpine skier who spent his university years competing around the world. Having been the inspiration behind The Cross Collective he now teaches Ski Cross to aspiring young athletes. Having had many injuries through the years and with a severe medial ligament tear back in 2015, he has found that both his knees are benefitting from regular treatment with NuroKor tech as it “eases pain and swelling which keeps me good for the following day.”

Ellie Dickinson

GB road and track cyclist, European Champion, World Championship medal winner

Following Ellie’s success as part of the team winning gold in the team pursuit at the 2016/17 UCI Track Cycling World Cup in Glasgow she was then picked for the senior European Championships in Berlin, where she won silver in the team pursuit before dominating the Madison with teammate Katie Archibald to win gold. At the UCI Track Cycling World Cup she again won gold in the Madison before her first individual medal in elite senior cycling, taking the bronze in the omnium. Ellie was then selected for the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games where she was part of the England team that finished fourth in the team pursuit. Ellie uses NuroKor for recovery when away on training camps. She finds it incredibly easy to pack away and travel with. She also uses it for activation of muscles throughout a gym block.

Tahnee Seagrave

Downhill mountain bike rider, silver medallist at the 2019 UCI mountain bike World Championships

Since winning the Junior World Championship in 2013 Tahnee has gone from strength to strength culminating in second place at the World Championships in 2019 which also happened to be her first race back after an old injury had kept her away from competition. Tahnee is currently recovering from a training crash but is looking forward to a good recovery and hopes to compete in the 2020 season.

Charlie Guest

Olympic alpine skier (slalom & parallel slalom) 1st british woman to ever win a european cup

Charlie was the first British woman to win a European cup. She was delighted to be a part of the team event in the PyeongChang Winter Olympics 2018 with the team placing 5th. Having broken 4 vertebrae during training in 2014 Charlie is excited to have NuroKor by her side to help her both to manage pain and recover after training and events. In her own words: “We have competitions and training all over the world so being able to get recovery going whilst on the move is a massive advantage. NuroKor allows me to be recovering in the best way possible, between one mountain and the next!”

Brooke Cullen

Since being talent spotted at the age of 8 Brooke has competed in the Talent Games and more recently in her first Elite competition. Her dream is to continue working hard to eventually attain her ultimate goal of competing for GB. NuroKor has been helping Brooke to relieve aching thigh muscles as well as relieve pain in her shoulders and back after tough training sessions.

Will Sharman

From enjoying school sports days to competing in the World Championships Will has always loved the self improvement that comes with competing in a sport at top level. Whilst having gone through a few surgeries and injuries he now uses NuroKor to help him recover after speed sessions as well as using it before training to warm up and stimulate key muscle groups.

Ryan Letts

GB Bobsleigh team member

Ryan competed in the Junior World Championships, and continued into the 2018/2019 season as a brakeman for Lamin Deen. Here he won a 2nd place in the North American cup in both the 2-man, the 4-man and the combined event. He continued on to compete in the World Championships in Whistler 2019. He is striving for Olympic success in 2022

Vicky Williamson

Former British sprint cyclist, current GB Bobsleigh team member aiming for 2022 winter Olympics.

Vicky won a world championship bronze medal in the team sprint in 2013 alongside Becky James. She also has an elite world championship medal, World Cup medals and a World Cup leaders jersey under her belt in cycling. Following a life changing accident in 2016 and 3 years of rehabilitation and recovery she courageously returned to cycling in 2019. However Vicky’s athletic capability has now taken her to winter sports where, following strong performances at trial and testing events, she has joined the GB Bobsleigh team competing on the World Cup Squad aiming for success at the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.

Tom Biggs

Former premiership professional rugby player - Worcester warriors, U21s England sevens, personal trainer & RFU level 3 coach

Tom, one of fastest players in England, played professional rugby union at the highest level, representing Premiership sides Worcester Warriors, Bath, Newcastle Falcons & Leeds. Tom has also represented England Saxons and England U21’s in Argentina and in the Six Nations and won a Powergen Cup winners medal with Leeds. Now retired from Rugby through injury, Tom regularly competes in elite men’s fitness shows. He is now a Personal Trainer and an RFU Level 3 coach. No stranger to the benefits of bioelectrical medicine, Tom has been using NuroKor technology successfully for a multitude of health & wellness applications: Firstly as a muscle primer before sessions and secondly as part of his recovery and rehabilitation protocols, including massage recovery, post sessions. Team Evolution is an Alpine Ski Academy for National Team athletes looking to progress to the British World Cup Teams and represent their country at an Olympic & World Cup Level. Over the past 10 years they have been responsible for producing numerous British Champions, and athletes who have gone on to represent GBR at EuropaCup, World Junior Championships and Youth Olympic Levels. They use NuroKor products with their athletes in training to reduce pain or soreness after competition and find it helps them to recover more quickly and reduce pain without the need for medication. They are very aware that in elite sport athletes have to be extremely careful what chemicals they put into their body, and are incredibly pleased to have found a natural solution like NuroKor.

Toby Hunt

PGA professional golfer, Welsh national PGA champion 2018, winner of over 20 UK PGA events

Toby plays on the MENA Tour and PGA South West Region. He is also a level 2 qualified PGA coach at St Mellons Golf Club in Cardiff. He turned pro in 2013 after winning the Junior Wales Open in 2011. Since turning professional he has won a Jamega Tour Event and accumulated 10 wins on the PGA South West Region including becoming a 2 time winner of the PGA South West Region Assistant’s Championship.

Madeleine Bell

Professional ballet dancer

Although Madeleine believes her biggest achievements still lie ahead of her she feels privileged to have had the opportunity to dance with the Duprada Dance Company where she has performed both as Aurora in Sleeping Beauty and as Swanhilda in Coppelia. Madeleine has a keen interest in bioelectrical medicine and feels strongly that the use of natural, holistic methods to help your body recover, heal and perform is vastly underrated in the area of sports medicine. She has found that NuroKor has helped improve her muscle recovery and isolation. She has also used the microcurrent therapy setting to complete healing the tissue damage caused by hip impingement.

Olly joined the GB Bobsleigh team in the summer of 2019 and has been a serving paratrooper since 2018. He had previously joined the Parachute Regiment team before stepping up to Army colours and recording the fastest time at the Inter Services Championship. He is now set to compete with Lamin Deen’s crew for the 2019/20 sliding season

The all female skydiving team are British National Champions and won silver at the 2019 Skydiving World Cup as well as gold at the 2018 Indoor World Cup. They are training hard and aiming for gold at the 2020 World Skydiving Championships in Tanay, Russia. The team uses NuroKor to help in their post training recovery sessions.

Molly Lindsay

Semi-pro MMA fighter, European bantamweight title holder - battle arena

In 2017 Molly decided to make her goal a career in MMA. She has gone on to achieve the Battle Arena European bantamweight title and is looking for more success in the Cage Warriors Academy SE title. Molly’s ultimate dream is to become a UFC Champion. Having recently had a baby Molly is using this recovery period to rebuild her strength and fitness and as an opportunity to improve on the areas she wouldn’t usually have time to focus on. She finds her mibody comes everywhere with her to help with aching muscles and has been using it on her shoulders since suffering with a stiff neck whilst nursing her baby.

Having started riding BMX in Australia at 13 Logan turned pro at the age of 19. Whilst successfully competing in the biggest competitions in the world his sights are set on staying at the top of his game and competing in the 2020 Olympics - whenever they may take place!

Laurie competed in his first Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang and in the full Slalom World Cup Tour in 2019. He is currently on the British Europa Cup team and trains with the Slalom World Cup team.

Justine Southall

Having most recently held the position of Managing Director of Marie Claire and with 30+ years of experience running multi-platform media brands Justine has always been excited by the possibilities of evolution and of creating newness and innovation both out of legacy businesses as well as launching new brands. With the imminent launch of Marie Claire Jet Style, the soon be opened speed beauty services salon in Kings Cross St Pancras, Justine is delighted to have discovered NuroKor’s products, which she has incorporated into her everyday life using it, not only to help with the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome, but also to help manage back pain when necessary.

John Shepherd

Ben Simons joined GB Bobsleigh in 2012 and made his Olympic debut at Sochi 2014 before going on to finish fifth at the World Championships 12 months later. After his fourth World Championships in February 2017 he achieved World Cup silver in Whistler with Lamin Deen. He then went to his second Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang in 2018, again as part of the four-man team.

Alan Forsyth

Hockey player for GB & Scotland - UK hockey writers player of the year 2018

Alan currently plays Hockey internationally for Great Britain and Scotland and is a member of Surbiton Hockey Club. He has 179 Caps and has achieved 102 goals. He was awarded the UK Hockey Writers Player of the Year in 2018. He is also proud to be part of the GB team building towards the 2020 Olympics. Alan has been using NuroKor tech every day to help with his recovery after tough training sessions. He also finds it beneficial to use it before his gym sessions to activate his muscles and get them prepared for the session. For occasional injuries Alan has found it has helped to reduce the time taken to heal.

Garyn Phillips

Amanda Lightfoot

Amanda is the British Champion, a two time Olympian and the current GB number one female in Biathlon. She has made NuroKor her new training partner by having it on at the gym and using it after running and biking. In addition to this she has found it beneficial for pain management and has been using it to help relieve her sciatica.

Hege Henriksen

Hege’s career as a professional Obstacle Course Runner saw her taking 1st place in the 24 hour Kvalik race as well as gaining 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in other long distance races. Ben Allen is a World Class Professional Triathlete with over a decade of racing experience. He specialises in the non-drafting format of Triathlon, from 70.3 Ironman, Long Distance and the XTERRA World Off-Road Triathlon Tour. He is three times XTERRA Asia Triple Crown Champion, three time XTERRA World Championship podium and five time Australian Cross Triathlon Champion. Ben has found that NuroKor tech is helping him recover, build strength and activate lazy muscles both pre and post races as well as reduce lactic acid levels when necessary.
